Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome 

  • Arrival at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) and 4pm check into resort

  • Welcome Dinner​

Day 2 – Reflection

  • Energizing Morning Pilates (core-strengthening & glute focus) + New Year, New You Reflection Session

  • Leisure time for spa treatments, relaxation by pool or beach

  • Old San Juan Photoshoot 

  • Evening Sister Sharing Circle + Mindfulness in daily life

 

Day 3 – Exploration

  • San Juan City Highlight +  90 minute Harbor Cruise 

  • Sunset Stress Release & Recovery Yoga + Guided Meditation

Day 4 – Vision Planning

  • Posture Improvement. Fusion class incorporating elements of yoga and pilates for a holistic workout

  • Vision for the Future Planning Session

  • Souvenir shopping + Bioluminescent Bay Kayak Tour

Florence "Flo" Brewer is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor. She obtained her certification in India and gained first-hand knowledge of meditation, hatha and ashtanga yoga styles. She also obtained her pilates certification through the world renowed Balanced Body.  She is known for her words of encouragement  incorporating thought provoking mediations and affirmations into classes.  

During this retreat, Flo will help you improve your balance and flexibility with yoga, core strength with pilates, and mindful movements for mobility. Additionally, you will learn stress-relieving techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises. 

Fun Fact: Flo is an avid solo traveler, visiting over 20 countries and 5 continents by herself.
