At the center of the island and the ultimate wellness destination, Ubud is undoubtedly one of the best areas to stay in Bali. Ubud is filled with temples, yoga, and lots of cooking schools (you want to learn to cook Balinese food! It taste amazing)

***Given travel time to Bali, you will have to leave the U.S. on Friday April 7th.  Flight not included in pricing. Try or to track flight sales. A small group will travel from DFW to DPS together. Lets all meet on a layover

General Itinerary

Day 1 – 

  • Arrival at Bali's Ngurah Rai Denpasar (DPS) Airport)by 5pm

  • Evening Restorative Yoga to recover from the flight

  • Group Welcome Dinner

Day 2 – 

  • Explore Ubud City Center - Monkey Forest, Art Market, Sarawati Temple, Ubud Palace, & Souvenir Shopping

  • Sign up for 30 min one-on-one private tutorial session with a retreat instructor


Day 3 – 

  • Leisure time for spa treatments, relaxation by pool, or explore on own 

  • Water Purification Ceremony + Evening Meditation 

Day 4 –

  • Bali Swing & Rice Fields

  • Closing Class with Shawn Burns 

Day 5 – 

  • Optional Morning Class +  Hotel Check Out 

  • Depart or relocate to another part of island to extend your vacation 

    • We recommend relocating to Uluwatu or Canggu​ if you desire to explore Bali further

Primary Instructor

Shawn Burns will be the primary instructor during the retreat.   Shawn has over 10 years of a dynamic background in fitness, a former collegiate athlete, and coach. As an advanced yoga practitioner , Shawn will incorporate Power, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga styles into sessions.

During the retreat, Shawn will seek to silence the production of thought, and release judgment of self to truly experience the essence of the light that shines within all of all.

Fun Fact: Shawn obtained his yoga teacher training in Nepal

Florence "Flo" Brewer is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor. She obtained her certification in India and gained first-hand knowledge of meditation, hatha and ashtanga yoga styles. She is known for incorporating thought provoking mediations and affirmations into classes.  She utilizes the mind and body connection to confront limitations, helping you achieve a level of acceptance and peace. 

During this retreat, Flo will help you improve your balance and flexibility with yoga and mindful movements. Additionally, you will learn stress-relieving techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises. 

Fun Fact: Flo is an avid solo traveler, visiting over 10 countries and 5 continents by herself.
