Thursday – Arrival & Welcome

Friday – Beach Recovery

10am Power Pilates - strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize your entire body

Relax & Enjoy the Beach - white sand beach with cabana beds, overwater hammocks, and beach service from the bar and grill.

6:30pm Balance, Coordination, & Agility: develop body awareness, core strength, and fluidity in motion.
Saturday – Safari Day

Sunrise to sunset Safari tour - We'll explore xplore the untouched and authentic remote wilderness areas that boast Tanzania's largest elephant population and many lions, leopards, African hunting dogs, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, giraffes and zebras

Sunday – Explore the Island

8:30am Power Yoga: A more intense yoga session with longer holds and sequences that build overall body strength

6pm Yoga for Low Back Pain, Hips, and Hamstrings focuses on releasing tension in the lower back, opening the hips, and lengthening the hamstrings

Florence "Flo" Brewer is a 200 hour registered yoga instruction. She obtained her certification in India and gained first-hand knowledge of meditation, hatha and ashtanga yoga styles. She is known for incorporating thought provoking mediations and affirmations into classes.
Driven by her commitment to holistic health, Flo pursued additional certifications in Pilates from Balanced Body. Drawing upon her expertise in both yoga and Pilates, she offers engaging classes that promote the balance between strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
Fun Fact: Flo is an avid solo traveler, visiting over 20 countries and 5 continents by herself. She has merged her love for travel and fitness to start Refined Flow Retreats
