Hourly Consulting & Strategy Session ($69/ hr)

During this session, she'll be sharing insight, tips and industry trends that will help you create a truly unique and successful retreat plan. Custom Itinerary Planning, Vendor Coordination + DIY Templates ($685)
Our Logistics Planning package is the perfect solution for those who want a cost-effective way to plan their own retreat. We provide you with 2-3 property options, transportation and activity vendors that match your preferences and budgets . Plus our comprehensive retreat checklist and templates help you stay organized. Let us give you the confidence to plan and execute your retreat smoothly and efficiently .
This package also includes a consultation and 2 hours of coaching with Florence.
Retreat Logistics Planning & Management $3250

On-site Support
(Cost of travel + $250 per person)
Delegate the management of your guests and vendors to us with our On Site Management services. We will ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can concentrate on delivering a transformative retreat experience for your participants. That added layer of peace of mind is when we are on site to handle every guest request and inquiry.
