Florence "Flo" Brewer is a 200 hour registered yoga instruction. She obtained her certification in India and gained first-hand knowledge of meditation, hatha and ashtanga yoga styles. She is known for incorporating thought provoking mediations and affirmations into classes.
During this retreat, Flo will help you improve your balance and flexibility with yoga and mindful movements. Additionally, you will learn stress-relieving techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises.
Fun Fact: Flo is an avid solo traveler, visiting over 20 countries and 5 continents by herself.

Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes, we offer 3-9 month payment plans to make this retreat more accessible for all. Equal monthly installments are made after the initial deposit. Visit our BOOK NOW page to sign up for a payment plan.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat will receive a full refund minus the $500 deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made 45 days or less from the retreat will not be eligible for a refund due to booked accommodations and activities.
Can I attend if I’m not familiar with yoga or Pilates?
Absolutely! The yoga and Pilates sessions are designed for all experience levels, and modifications will be provided to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
