  • 5 days / 4 nights  at a 4 star adult only property. Bungalows contain one comfy king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only.  Each room has a balcony with breathtaking and inspiring views of the Caribbean Sea.

General Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome 

  • Arrival at St Lucia's Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) by 5pm and check into resort 

  • 6pm Welcome Session - Meet & Greet to set intentions for the retreat

  • 8pm Pink & Purple Group Dinner at resort rooftop restaurant & bar *wear your shades of pink and/or purple

Day 2 – Relax & Enjoy Your in St Lucia

  • Energizing Morning Pilates (core-strengthening & glute focus) 

  • Free time for spa treatments, relaxation by the pool or beach, enjoy the resort amenities, etc.  

  • 6pm Evening Sister Sharing Circle + Mindfulness in daily life

  • Friday Night Street Party at Gros Islet 


Day 3 – Experience the Island Natural Wonders

  • Sulphur Springs Rejuvenating Mud Bath and Toraille Waterfall Tour

  • Sunset Stress Release & Recovery Yoga + Guided Meditation

Day 4 – Island Exploration + Comic Relief 

  • Posture Improvement Fusion incorporating elements of yoga and pilates for a holistic workout

Florence "Flo" Brewer is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor. She obtained her certification in India and gained first-hand knowledge of meditation, hatha and ashtanga yoga styles. She is known for incorporating thought provoking mediations and affirmations into classes.  

During this retreat, Flo will help you improve your balance and flexibility with yoga, core strength with pilates, and mindful movements for mobility. Additionally, you will learn stress-relieving techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises. 

Fun Fact: Flo is an avid solo traveler, visiting over 20 countries and 5 continents by herself.

A rising star in various ways, the trajectory of ShantaQuilette's life changed drastically at age 40 when she suffered a heart attack. Nine months later – a stroke that ultimately forced her to retire. But instead of moping, ShantaQuilette morphed. She’s turned her darned luck into dark laughter, using her health challenges as punchlines to become a popular comedian with 660,000 followers on TikTok and a coveted guest speaker working with companies such as Novartis, NetFlix, AppleBee's Buffalo Wild Wings and Paramount films.
