Logistic Planning + DIY Templates ($685)

Our Logistics Planning package is the perfect solution for those who want a cost-effective way to plan their own retreat. We provide you with 2-3 property options, transportation and activity vendors that match your preferences and budgets . Plus our comprehensive retreat checklist and templates help you stay organized Let us give you the confidence to plan and execute your retreat smoothly and efficiently .

This package also includes a consultation and 2 hours of coaching with Florence.

Retreat Planning $3250

Leave the stress of retreat planning to us. Refined Flow creates customized retreats that are tailored to your specific needs. We ensure that every aspect of your retreat is seamless from start to finish, so you can show up worry free.

This options allows you to focus on your speciality, while we execute what we do best.

Onsite Management ( Cost of travel + $175-$250 per person)

Delegate the management of your guests and vendors to us with our On Site Management services. We will ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can concentrate on delivering a transformative retreat experience for your participants. That added layer of peace of mind is when we are on site to handle every guest request and inquiry.

Our Work Exchange program allows you to share your unique gifts and passions with other attendees, all while receiving a discounted rate on your accommodations. Pitch your idea to us beforehand and, if selected, you’ll get to add your own workshop or activity to the itinerary.
